Unlike other job search websites, the Careers and Employment Team monitor all jobs posted to the site to ensure that they meet Fair Work Australia guidelines. Not to mention, all of the employers who post jobs on Careerboard have specifically sought out Griffith students to work for them.
Signing up for Unitemps can present many opportunities to really make a start at your career. Unitemps consultants have jobs in all study disciplines that you can apply for, and if you are the best candidate for the role, you will be contacted! It is a good idea to introduce yourself to our consultants after applying for a role, as building rapport will help the consultants get a better understanding of who you are and your skill set. Our consultants are located in N53 at Nathan campus or G33 at Gold Coast campus. The Unitemps consultants offer Prep for Success Workshops to work on your resume, interview and presentation skills and can offer guidance even after you have the job. If you need advice on your interview skills, degree choice or your overall career direction, book a free appointment with one of our Career Development Officers. You are eligible book an appointment if:
- You are a current on campus Griffith student
- You are studying with Griffith online (excluding OUA)
- You graduated from Griffith within the past 12 months
